Each of our go_disko* Music Software solutions includes various basic functions for organization of your daily office work:

Contact and mailing list management. Acquisition of contact data and detailed information to these after variable categories which can be individually arranged.
Collecting of quotes, invoices, correspondences and dates to individual contacts.
Providing of mailing lists according to meaningful criteria, to which individual contacts can be assigned by push of a button.

Correspondence. Providing and administration of the entire business correspondence on basis of individual templates and with the possibility of using standardized own text modules.
Providing from serial letters or emails to mailing lists or separately selected contacts.

Document administration. Administration of documents such as license agreements or photos in different, usual formats.

Invoices and costs. Providing of free text or product calculations on basis of own document collecting mains or text modules and administration of reminders.
Cost monitoring with various reporting tools and allocation of these to individual contacts, products or cost elements which can be adapted individually.
Export of incomes and expenditures by means of the integrated Datev interface for the bookkeeping.

Projects/coworkers . Installation of as many as desired coworkers, who can get different access authorizations (f.e. the trainee may not see calculations).
Several projects/legal company adresses with own invoice number circles and signatures/templates are possible.
